Lumi doesn’t store full conversations but can summarize key information to make future chats more helpful — for example, name, favourite stories or topics. All data is kept private and secure.
Is Lumi always listening in the background?
No. Lumi only listens and responds when it’s switched on and awake. After 2 minutes with no activity it enters sleep mode. To start a new chat, just wake it up by pressing the speaker button on her foot.
