VBNCITY is a brand of C&Z Investment Ltd., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. All references to "VBNCITY", "we" or "us" in these Terms refer to that company.

  • These Terms govern your use of the VBNCITY website and the purchase/use of Lumi.

  • By accessing our site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and include/exclude taxes depending on your location.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories are not supported at this time.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary.

  • VBNCITY is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective).

5. Product Use & Safety

  • Lumi is designed for children ages 3 to 8. Parental supervision is recommended.

  • Lumi contains electronic components and rechargeable batteries. Do not expose to water, fire, or extreme temperatures.

  • VBN City is not responsible for misuse of the product.

6. AI Features & Limitations

  • Lumi connects to AI services for interactive features.

  • While we strive for safe and positive interactions, responses may not always be perfect.

  • Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of Lumi.

  • AI features require an internet connection

7. Privacy

  • Your use of Lumi and our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Please review it to understand how we handle personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by VBN City.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, VBN City is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or product.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
